How we got here
37Talent was founded in Sydney in 2021 with one idea: recruitment should be done by people who understand what they're recruiting for. Media and tech roles are not generic. A Senior Data Scientist at a fintech is a different hire to one at a media company. A DevOps role at a startup is nothing like one in enterprise.
Generalist agencies get this wrong constantly. They keyword-match CVs. They pitch on volume. They move on when it gets hard. We don't operate that way. We go deep on six disciplines, we build real networks, and we make introductions we'd stake our reputation on, because we do.
